This project, carried out by Estudio Urban Proyectos Interiorismo, with Lola Morales as interior designer and Juan Luis Ruiz as site engineer, uses Gibeller materials to create an open and diaphanous space, with a minimalist and contemporary approach.
The main feature of this home is white, a colour palette that provides a sensation of spaciousness and luminosity.
The Bianco Lasa porcelain tile floors add a modern and elegant touch to the ambience, while the custom-made furniture optimises the space and achieves a fluid integration between the kitchen and the living room. The same is intended in the master bedroom, where we can see glass folding doors to create continuity and spaciousness, maintaining the sensation of diaphanousness sought after in the project.
The kitchen and bathrooms have discreet and functional storage solutions, maintaining aesthetic coherence throughout the space. In addition, integrated lighting is implemented to enhance the architectural details and create cosy atmospheres.
Thanks to the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from all the rooms, the natural beauty of the surroundings is maximised, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere inside.
The result of this project achieves a balance between functionality, elegance and luminosity, inviting you to live in a contemporary and comfortable environment.
